  • Many aren’t aware, but every pear is hand-picked off the tree 
  • We only pick the must ripe, juiciest ones

  Asian

  • Asian pears have been cultivated in Japan for over 3,000 years 
  • Sweet, super juicy pear that is crisp like an apple
  • They add a special zest to salads and are exquisitely paired with cheese
  • Great for fresh eating out of hand​

  Bartlett

  • An English heirloom pear ​from 1765
  • Bartlett pears set the bar for other varieties with their classic pear flavor, juicy bite and buttery goodness
  • It is a favorite for canning and eating

  Bosc

  • Bosc is the bronze beauty with a sweet and fall spice flavor
  • Originally from France and first planted in the US during the 1820s
  • Enjoy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg while biting into this crisp, juicy pear.
  • Great for eating and a favorite pear for poaching

  Comice

  • Originating in France in the mid-1800s
  • Succulent, buttery, and exceptionally sweet make it perfect for snacking
  • They are excellent for snacking, salads, or pairing with cheese

Red D Anjou

  • Fiery red on the outside with a zesty, citrus-like flavor
  • You’ll love its pleasant sweetness and crisp and juicy bite
  • Try pairing them with a sharp cheddar or aged gouda, Sauvignon Blanc or Syrah 

  Taylors Gold

  • Taylors Gold Pears were  discovered in New Zealand in 1986
  • Thought to be a hybrid of the Bosc and Comice pears
  • ​They have a crisp smooth texture that is extremely juicy and sweet

  Warren

  • American Heirloom Pear
  • Warren Pears are originally from Mississippi
  • Prized by chefs as a dessert pear for its super sweet flavor and smooth texture
