Liberty
The Liberty apple was developed at the famous Geneva Research Station in the 1960s.
It is derived from the Macoun apple family, with it's red skin and juicy, snow white flesh.
They have a very good tart-sweet flavor, with a nice big crisp bite.
Great for eating fresh, juicing, and apple sauce.
